Making and Submitting Changes
--------------

We accept Pull Requests via GitHub. The [developer mailing list][dev-ml-list] is the
main channel of communication for contributors.  
There are some guidelines which will make applying PRs easier for us:
+ Create a topic branch from where you want to base your work (this is usually the master branch).

## Chạy mã

Pycharmを使用する場合、次のことが可能です:

* 「実行」メニューをオープン。
* オプション「デバッグ...」を選択。
* 次にコンテキストメニューが表示される。
* デバッグするファイル (ここでは `main.py`) を選択。

すると、**FastAPI** コードでサーバーが起動され、ブレークポイントで停止したりするでしょう。

如果你不去停用 `philosophers-stone` 的虛擬環境，當你在終端中執行 `python` 時，它會嘗試使用 `philosophers-stone` 中的 Python。

但如果你停用虛擬環境並啟用 `prisoner-of-askaban` 的新虛擬環境，那麼當你執行 `python` 時，它會使用 `prisoner-of-askaban` 中虛擬環境的 Python。
