## `fastapi run`

Executing `fastapi run` starts FastAPI in production mode by default.

By default, **auto-reload** is disabled. It also listens on the IP address `0.0.0.0`, which means all the available IP addresses, this way it will be publicly accessible to anyone that can communicate with the machine. This is how you would normally run it in production, for example, in a container.

### Building a hotfix binary and container

To add a hotfix tag to the binary version and embed the relevant `commit-id` following build helpers are available

#### Builds the hotfix binary and uploads to https;//dl.min.io

 The sequence is divided into 2 phases:

 * phase 1

   ** profile activation: see {{{./apidocs/org/apache/maven/model/profile/activation/package-summary.html}available activators}}.
   Notice that model interpolation hasn't happened yet, then interpolation for file-based activation is limited to

   * needed.
   *
   * A single spinlock ("busy") is used for initializing and
   * resizing the table, as well as populating slots with new Cells.
   * There is no need for a blocking lock; when the lock is not
   * available, threads try other slots (or the base).  During these
   * retries, there is increased contention and reduced locality,
   * which is still better than alternatives.

those same memory limits and requirements in your configurations for your container management system (for example in **Kubernetes**). That way it will be able to **replicate the containers** in the **available machines** taking into account the amount of memory needed by them, and the amount available in the machines in the cluster.

If your application is **simple**, this will probably **not be a problem**, and you might not need to specify hard memory limits. But if you are **using a lot...
