This resource aims to represent the relatively small set of Authorization policies that Ztunnel support.
Most notably, this is only L4 resources.

Most of the API is fairly straight forward.
However, one interesting aspect is how these policies associate with workloads.

system object code because cmd/link is not sophisticated enough to process
the real code.

The main benefits of this system are that cmd/link remains relatively simple
(it does not need to implement a complete ELF and Mach-O linker) and
that gcc is not needed after the package is compiled. For example,

- Previous versions of Kubernetes on Google Cloud required that workloads (e.g. Deployments, DaemonSets, etc.) which used `PersistentDisk` volumes were using them in read-only mode.  This validation provided very little value at relatively host implementation cost, and will no longer be validated.
