## Automatic conversion { #automatic-conversion }

`Header` has a little extra functionality on top of what `Path`, `Query` and `Cookie` provide.

Most of the standard headers are separated by a "hyphen" character, also known as the "minus symbol" (`-`).

- Server-side encryption - The Select API supports querying objects that are protected with server-side encryption.

Type inference and automatic conversion of values is performed based on the context when the value is un-typed (such as when reading CSV data). If present, the CAST function overrides automatic conversion.

 * Internationalized Domain Names (IDN).
 * It converts Unicode domain names to ASCII Compatible Encoding (ACE) using the
 * {@link java.net.IDN} class.
