MockWebServer for JUnit 4

This module integrates mockwebserver3.MockWebServer with JUnit 4.

To use, first add this library as a test dependency:

Then in tests annotated `@org.junit.Test`, you may declare a field with the `@Rule` annotation:

### Create a Session Dependency { #create-a-session-dependency }

A **`Session`** is what stores the **objects in memory** and keeps track of any changes needed in the data, then it **uses the `engine`** to communicate with the database.

# `Response` class

You can declare a parameter in a *path operation function* or dependency to be of type `Response` and then you can set data for the response like headers or cookies.

You can also use it directly to create an instance of it and return it from your *path operations*.

You can import it directly from `fastapi`:

Each process, or "runtime", applies different constraints to the code that runs in that process.
For example, each process has different supported JVMs and a different set of services available for dependency injection.
While a lot of Gradle source code runs only in the Gradle daemon, not all of it does so.
