### SIG Service Catalog

The Service Plan Defaults feature is still under active development.
We continue to improve the UX for the svcat CLI, specifically filling in gaps for the new Namespaced Service Broker feature.

Starlette is a lightweight <abbr title="The new standard for building asynchronous Python web applications">ASGI</abbr> framework/toolkit, which is ideal for building high-performance asyncio services.

It is very simple and intuitive. It's designed to be easily extensible, and have modular components.

It has:

* Seriously impressive performance.
* WebSocket support.
* In-process background tasks.

- The Service trafficDistribution field, including the PreferClose option, has graduated
  to GA. Services that do not have the field configured will continue to operate

Starlette est un framework/toolkit léger <abbr title="Le nouveau standard pour construire des applications web asynchrones en Python">ASGI</abbr>, qui est idéal pour construire des services asyncio performants.

Il est très simple et intuitif. Il est conçu pour être facilement extensible et avoir des composants modulaires.

- Des performances vraiment impressionnantes.

    * Master: convert service CIDR to list  `--service-cluster-ip-range=<CIDR>,<CIDR>` and make sure `IPv6DualStack` feature flag is turned on. The flag is validated and used as the following:
