Releasing
=========

1. Update `CHANGELOG.md`.

2. Set versions:

    ```
    export RELEASE_VERSION=X.Y.Z
    export NEXT_VERSION=X.Y.Z-SNAPSHOT
    ```

3. Update versions, tag the release, and prepare for the next release.
