- Default TTL for DNS records in kubernetes zone has been changed from 5s to 30s to keep consistent with old dnsmasq based kube-dns. - Added the `WatchList` method to the `rest client` in `client-go`. When used,
  it establishes a stream to obtain a consistent snapshot of data from the server.
