- Kubectl [get and describe](https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/issues/515) now works with extensions
- Nodes now support [third party monitoring plugins](https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/issues/606).
- A new [Scheduling Framework](https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/issues/624) for schedule plugins is now Alpha.

You can actually skip that extra header and it would still work.

But it's provided here to be compliant with the specifications.

Also, there might be tools that expect and use it (now or in the future) and that might be useful for you or your users, now or in the future.

That's the benefit of standards...

- Root credentials can now be changed easily. Before, a two-step process was required to
   change the cluster root credentials since they were used to en/decrypt the IAM data.
   So, both - the old and new credentials - had to be present at the same time during a rotation
   and the old credentials had to be removed once the rotation completed. This process is now gone.

- The Windows containers RunAsUsername feature is now beta.
- Windows worker nodes in a Kubernetes cluster now support Windows Server version 1903 in addition to the existing support for Windows Server 2019

**OkHttp now supports Happy Eyeballs ([RFC 8305][rfc_8305]) for IPv4+IPv6 networks.** It attempts
both IPv6 and IPv4 connections concurrently, keeping whichever connects first.
