### Breaking Changes

* The LMDB kernels have been changed to return an error. This is in preparation for completely removing them from TensorFlow. The LMDB dependency that these kernels are bringing to TensorFlow has been dropped, thus making the build slightly faster and more secure.

*   `tf.lite`

    *   Added 16-bit and 64-bit float type support for built-in op `cast`.

a source <code>src</code> to a destination <code>dst</code> and returns the
number of elements copied.
The <a href="#Core_types">core types</a> of both arguments must be slices
with <a href="#Type_identity">identical</a> element type.
The number of elements copied is the minimum of
<code>len(src)</code> and <code>len(dst)</code>.
As a special case, if the destination's core type is <code>[]byte</code>,

- kube-scheduler dropped support for configuration files with apiVersion `componentconfig/v1alpha1`. Ensure kube-scheduler is configured using command-line flags or a configuration file with apiVersion `kubescheduler.config.k8s.io/v1alpha1` before upgrading to 1.13.
