Starting with go1.19.txt, each API feature line must end in "#nnnnn"
giving the GitHub issue number of the proposal issue that accepted
the new API. This helps with our end-of-cycle audit of new APIs.
The same requirement applies to next/* (described below), which will
become a go1.XX.txt for XX >= 19.

The next/ directory contains the only files intended to be mutated.

# Automatic Site Replication

This feature allows multiple independent MinIO sites (or clusters) that are using the same external IDentity Provider (IDP) to be configured as replicas. In this situation the set of replica sites are referred to as peer sites or just sites. When site-replication is enabled on a set of sites, the following changes are replicated to all other sites:

- Creation and deletion of buckets and objects

   * the URL's host name. Note that concurrent requests to a single IP address may still exceed this
   * limit: multiple hostnames may share an IP address or be routed through the same HTTP proxy.
   *
   * If more than [maxRequestsPerHost] requests are in flight when this is invoked, those requests
   * will remain in flight.
   *
   * WebSocket connections to hosts **do not** count against this limit.
