- **`CurlException`**: Unchecked RuntimeException for HTTP errors.

### I/O Layer

- **`ContentCache`**: In-memory or file-based caching. Implements `Closeable` and auto-deletes file cache on close.

- **`ContentOutputStream`**: Extends `DeferredFileOutputStream`. Writes to memory until threshold (default 1MB) exceeded, then spills to temp file.
