### CVE-2023-3676: Insufficient input sanitization on Windows nodes leads to privilege escalation

A security issue was discovered in Kubernetes where a user that can create pods on Windows nodes may be able to escalate to admin privileges on those nodes. Kubernetes clusters are only affected if they include Windows nodes.

**Affected Versions**:
  - kubelet <= v1.28.0
  - kubelet <= v1.27.4

- Fixed bugs in handling of server-side apply, create, and update API requests for objects containing duplicate items in keyed lists.

- Fix a panic when using invalid output format in kubectl create secret command ([#107347](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/107347), [@rikatz](https://github.com/rikatz)) [SIG CLI]

    crashed.

 *  Fix: Avoid `InetAddress.getCanonicalHostName()` in MockWebServer. This avoids problems if the
    host machine's IP address has additional DNS registrations.

 *  New: Create a JPMS-compatible artifact for `JavaNetCookieJar`. Previously, multiple OkHttp
    artifacts defined classes in the `okhttp3` package, but this is forbidden by the Java module
