systems is data "<abbr title="also called marshalling, conversion">serialization</abbr>" which is taking data from the code (Python) and converting it into something that can be sent through the network. For example, converting an object containing data from a database into a JSON object. Converting `datetime` objects into strings, etc.

Another big feature needed by APIs is data validation, making sure that the data is valid, given certain parameters. For example, that some field is an `int`,...

For now we just have this global repository of ADRs.
If we see fit, we can break these out to per-platform ones, or keep a hybrid approach to having global and platform-specific ADSs.

Our aim is to keep the process lightweight and approachable.

For example:

* 200: `status.HTTP_200_OK`
* 403: `status.HTTP_403_FORBIDDEN`
* etc.

It can be convenient to quickly access HTTP (and WebSocket) status codes in your app, using autocompletion for the name without having to remember the integer status codes by memory.
