- Add `/sys/devices/virtual/powercap` to default masked paths. It avoids the potential security risk that the ability to read these files may offer a power-based sidechannel attack against any workloads running on the same kernel. - Updated `ResourceQuota` to count device class requests within a `ResourceClaim` as two additional quotas when the `DRAExtendedResource` feature is enabled:
  - `requests.deviceclass.resource.k8s.io/<deviceclass>` is charged based on the worst-case number of devices requested.

    `connectionIndex` on that type. These properties may be useful when testing features like
    connection reuse.
