* `kubectl create role` and  `kubectl create clusterrole`  invocations must be updated to specify multiple resource names as repeated  `--resource-name` arguments instead of comma-separated arguments to a single `--resource-name` argument. - Fixed a potential deadlock in the resource quota controller. Enabled recording partial usage info for quota objects specifying multiple resources, when only some of the resources' usage can be determined.
