## Prerequisites

Docker installed on your machine. Download the relevant installer from [here](https://www.docker.com/community-edition#/download).

## Run Standalone MinIO on Docker

# Run go tool dist to install a command.
# The -v causes dist to print the name of each directory as it runs.
# The -vv causes dist to print each build command as it runs.
# go tool dist clean cleans all directories, not just this one,
# but it's as close as we can get.

# Default target (first).

### Create buckets after install

Install the chart, specifying the buckets you want to create after install:

## Using `TestClient` { #using-testclient }

To use `TestClient`, first install <a href="https://www.python-httpx.org" class="external-link" target="_blank">`httpx`</a>.

Make sure you create a [virtual environment](../virtual-environments.md){.internal-link target=_blank}, activate it, and then install it, for example:

## FastAPI installieren { #install-fastapi }
