- `Kubelet` no longer creates certain legacy iptables rules by default.
  It is possible that this will cause problems with some third-party components
  that improperly depended on those rules. If this affects you, you can run

- Fixed a bug in the single-numa-node policy of the TopologyManager.  Previously, pods that only requested CPU resources and did not request any third-party devices would fail to launch with a TopologyAffinity error. Now they will launch successfully. [SIG API Machinery][] is responsible for all aspects of the API server: API registration and discovery, generic API CRUD semantics, admission control, encoding/decoding, conversion, defaulting, persistence layer (etcd), OpenAPI, third-party resources, garbage collection, and client libraries.

- The underlying format of the `CPUManager` state file has changed. Upgrades should be seamless, but any third-party tools that rely on reading the previous format need to be updated.
