### Embedding a Java runtime in the Gradle distribution

There have been discussions on embedding a Java runtime in the Gradle distribution.
This would allow users to run Gradle without having to install a Java runtime beforehand.

parameter in kube-proxy is misleading, no port is opened with this address. Instead it is translated internally to "nodeIP". The nodeIPs for both families are now taken from the Node object if `--bind-address` is unspecified or set to the "any" address (0.0.0.0 or ::). # ADR-0001 - Use Architectural Decision Records

## Context

In a distributed team with many subteams, the best solution to communicate decisions is to use a format accessible by everyone in charge of development.

We use *Specification* and *Discovery* documents stored in Google Drive, but they present some downsides:

- The kubelet, when using `--cloud-provider=external` can use the `--node-ip` flag with one of the unspecified addresses 0.0.0.0 or ::, to create the Node with the IP of the default gateway of the corresponding IP family and then delegating the responsibility to the external cloud provider.
