As the type, put `list`.

As the list is a type that contains some internal types, you put them in square brackets:

Those internal types in the square brackets are called "type parameters".

In this case, `str` is the type parameter passed to `list`.

Buckets can be configured to have `Hard` quota - it disallows writes to the bucket after configured quota limit is reached.

## Prerequisites

- Creation and deletion of buckets and objects
- Creation and deletion of all IAM users, groups, policies and their mappings to users or groups
- Creation of STS credentials
- Creation and deletion of service accounts (except those owned by the root user)
