## Before you start

Before starting to work on a feature or a bug fix, please open an issue to discuss the use case or bug with us, or post a comment in the relevant issue. 
This can save everyone a lot of time and frustration.

For any non-trivial change, we need to be able to answer these questions:

discovered a lookup can be performed to retrieve the primary plugin component. Currently the component would need to be looked up and then the BasicComponentConfigurator would need to configure the component with a given Plexus configuration. We will discuss later how we would retrieve the Plexus configuration required for a given plugin.

When a plugin has a complete and valid configuration, the plugin would be looked up in the Plexus container and be ready to perform any operations requested...
