* * <p>An "IPv4 compatible", or "compat", address is one with 96 leading bits of zero, with the * remaining 32 bits interpreted as an IPv4 address. These are conventionally represented in * string literals as {@code "::192.168.0.1"}, though {@code "::c0a8:1"} is also considered an * IPv4 compatible address (and equivalent to {@code "::192.168.0.1"}). *

It is provided directly by Starlette, but you can import it from `fastapi`: ```python from fastapi import WebSocket ``` !!! tip When you want to define dependencies that should be compatible with both HTTP and WebSockets, you can define a parameter that takes an `HTTPConnection` instead of a `Request` or a `WebSocket`. ::: fastapi.WebSocket options: members: - scope

When sending // an ETag back to an S3 client it has to be formatted to be // AWS S3 compatible. // // Therefore, Format returns the last 16 bytes of an encrypted // ETag. // // In general, a caller has to distinguish the following cases:

README.md
Guava's Maven group ID is `com.google.guava`, and its artifact ID is `guava`. Guava provides two different "flavors": one for use on a (Java 8+) JRE and one for use on Android or by any library that wants to be compatible with Android. These flavors are specified in the Maven version field as either `33.2.0-jre` or `33.2.0-android`. For more about depending on Guava, see [using Guava in your build].

docs/en/docs/python-types.md
In all the docs there are examples compatible with each version of Python (when there's a difference). For example "**Python 3.6+**" means it's compatible with Python 3.6 or above (including 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, etc). And "**Python 3.9+**" means it's compatible with Python 3.9 or above (including 3.10, etc).
