فریم ورک **FastAPI** بر اساس **OpenAPI** است.

این خاصیت، امکان دارد تا چندین رابط مستندات تعاملی خودکار(automatic interactive documentation interfaces)، تولید کد و غیره وجود داشته باشد.

مشخصه OpenAPI روشی برای تعریف چندین "schemes" دارد.

## Automatic docs

The JSON Schemas of your models will be part of your OpenAPI generated schema, and will be shown in the interactive API docs:

Volviendo al ejemplo de código anterior, **FastAPI** va a:

* Validar que existe un `item_id` en el path para requests usando `GET` y `PUT`.

* **Validar datos**: viniendo de cada request:
    * Generando **errores automáticos** devueltos al cliente cuando los datos son inválidos.
* **Documentar** la API usando OpenAPI:
    * que en su caso es usada por las interfaces de usuario de la documentación automática e interactiva.
