MinIO server allows to throttle incoming requests:

- limit the number of active requests allowed across the cluster
- limit the wait duration for each request in the queue

```bash
HUB=docker.io/<your-account> TAG=latest make docker.operator
```

This builds the controller binary and docker file, and pushes the image to the specified hub with the `latest` tag.
Once the images are pushed, configure kubectl to point to your cluster and install the controller.

Install the controller manifest:

istioctl operator init --hub docker.io/<your-account> --tag latest

Bucket replication is designed to replicate selected objects in a bucket to a destination bucket.

## 1. Prerequisites

* Familiarity with [Docker Compose](https://docs.docker.com/compose/overview/).
* Docker installed on your machine. Download the relevant installer from [here](https://www.docker.com/community-edition#/download).

## 2. Run Distributed MinIO on Docker Compose

#   container and start fresh, run "docker rm -f tf". Removing the container
#   destroys some temporary bazel data and causes longer builds.
#
#   You will need the NVIDIA Container Toolkit for GPU testing:
#   https://github.com/NVIDIA/nvidia-container-toolkit
#
#   Note: if you interrupt a bazel command on docker (ctrl-c), you
#   will need to run `docker exec tf pkill bazel` to quit bazel.

    $ ./bin/fess
