- Extends ContainerStatus CRI API to allow runtime response with container resource requests and limits that are in effect.
  - UpdateContainerResources CRI API now supports both Linux and Windows.

   - `.extenders` are updated to satisfy API standards. In particular:
     - `.extenders` decoding is case sensitive. All fields are affected.
     - `.extenders[*].httpTimeout` is of type `metav1.Duration`.
     - `.extenders[*].enableHttps` is renamed to `.extenders[*].enableHTTPS`.

- If BoundServiceAccountTokenVolume is enabled, cluster admins can use metric `serviceaccount_stale_tokens_total` to monitor workloads that are depending on the extended tokens.
