- Kubeadm: `kubeadm upgrade node` now supports `addon` and `post-upgrade` phases. User can use `kubeadm upgrade node phase addon` to execute the addon upgrade, or use `kubeadm upgrade node --skip-phases addon` to skip the addon upgrade.
