Cada dicionário pode conter:

* `name` (**obrigatório**): uma `str` com o mesmo nome da tag que você usa no parâmetro `tags` nas suas *operações de rota* e `APIRouter`s.
* `description`: uma `str` com uma breve descrição da tag. Pode conter Markdown e será exibido na interface de documentação.
* `externalDocs`: um `dict` descrevendo a documentação externa com:

But in this case, the same **FastAPI** application will handle the API and the authentication.

* The user types the `username` and `password` in the frontend, and hits `Enter`.
* The frontend (running in the user's browser) sends that `username` and `password` to a specific URL in our API (declared with `tokenUrl="token"`).
