- Introduction of the `DisruptionTarget` pod condition type. Its `reason` field indicates the reason for pod termination:
  - PreemptionByKubeScheduler (Pod preempted by kube-scheduler)
  - DeletionByTaintManager (Pod deleted by taint manager due to NoExecute taint)
  - EvictionByEvictionAPI (Pod evicted by Eviction API)

- Fix the regression with the slow pods termination. Before this fix pods may take an additional time to terminate - up to one minute. - Fixed a bug where hard evictions due to resource pressure allowed pods
  to use the full termination grace period instead of shutting down instantly.

  as a failure until that Pod is terminal (its `.status.phase` is `Failed` or `Succeeded`).
  
  However, the Job controller creates a replacement Pod as soon as the termination becomes apparent.
  Once the pod terminates, the Job controller evaluates `.backoffLimit` and `.podFailurePolicy` for the
  relevant Job, taking this now-terminated Pod into consideration.
