# Classes as Dependencies { #classes-as-dependencies }

Before diving deeper into the **Dependency Injection** system, let's upgrade the previous example.

## A `dict` from the previous example { #a-dict-from-the-previous-example }

In the previous example, we were returning a `dict` from our dependency ("dependable"):

### `response` の前後 { #before-and-after-the-response }

*path operation* が `request` を受け取る前に、 `request` とともに実行されるコードを追加できます。

また `response` が生成された後、それを返す前にも追加できます。

例えば、リクエストの処理とレスポンスの生成にかかった秒数を含むカスタムヘッダー `X-Process-Time` を追加できます:
