calls the C xxx in a standard pthread.  The new function translates
its arguments, calls xxx, and translates the return value.

Translation of parameters and the return value follows the type
translation above except that arrays passed as parameters translate
explicitly in Go to pointers to arrays, as they do (implicitly) in C.

Garbage collection is the big problem.  It is fine for the Go world to

### Custom Algorithms (SFTP)

Custom algorithms can be specified via command line parameters.
Algorithms are comma separated. 
Note that valid values does not in all cases represent default values.

`_service._proto.example.com`. For LDAP the `proto` value is always `tcp`, and `service` is usually `ldap` or `ldaps`.

To enable MinIO to use the SRV records, specify the `srv_record_name` config parameter (or equivalently the `MINIO_IDENTITY_LDAP_SRV_RECORD_NAME` environment variable). This parameter can be set to `ldap` or `ldaps` and MinIO will substitute it into the `service` value.
