Using `[...]` to access claims or user data was recommended when names contained characters that would otherwise need escaping. CEL optionals with `?` could be used where has was not applicable — for example, `claims[?"kubernetes.io"]` or `user.extra[?"domain.io/foo"]`....

CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.10.md
* Restores the pre-1.10 behavior of the openstack cloud provider which uses the instance name as the Kubernetes Node name. This requires instances be named with RFC-1123 compatible names. ([#63903](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/63903), [@liggitt](https://github.com/liggitt))

docs/en/docs/deployment/docker.md
It would depend mainly on the tool you use to **install** those requirements. The most common way to do it is to have a file `requirements.txt` with the package names and their versions, one per line. You would of course use the same ideas you read in [About FastAPI versions](versions.md){.internal-link target=_blank} to set the ranges of versions.
