        disables any asynchrony, parallelism, or non-determinism and forces
        Python execution (as opposed to trace-compiled graph execution) of
        user-defined functions passed into transformations such as `map`. The
        debug mode can be enabled through
        `tf.data.experimental.enable_debug_mode()`.

- The apiserver debug endpoint `/debug/api_priority_and_fairness/dump_requests` has been extended to dump executing requests as well as queued ones.  A column for StartTime has been added to the returned table, with the queued requests having a StartTime of "0001-01-01T00:00:00Z"....

- Kubelet now exposes `/debug/flags/v` to allow dynamically setting glog logging level.  For example, to change glog level to 3, you only have to send a PUT request like `curl -X PUT http://127.0.0.1:8080/debug/flags/v -d "3"`.
