### SIG Windows development tools

To grow the developer community, SIG Windows  released multiple [tools](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/sig-windows-dev-tools/). The new tools support multiple CNI providers (Antrea, Calico), can run on multiple platforms (any vagrant compatible provider, such as Hyper-V, VirtualBox, or vSphere).

* kubernetes now packages cri-tools (crictl) in addition to all the other kubeadm tools in a deb and rpm. ([#64836](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/64836), [@chuckha](https://github.com/chuckha))

## Metrics Request Handling

Each endpoint can be queried as needed via a scrape configuration in Prometheus or a compatible metrics collection tool. You should schedule scrape operations so a prior scrape completes before the next one begins.
