Debug Logging

OkHttp has internal APIs to enable debug logging. It uses the `java.util.logging` API which can be
tricky to configure. As a shortcut, you can paste [OkHttpDebugLogging.kt]. Then enable debug logging
for whichever features you need:

The same models are shared among requests, so, it's not one model per request, or one per user or something similar.

Let's imagine that loading the model can **take quite some time**, because it has to read a lot of **data from disk**. So you don't want to do it for every request.

# Apache Lucene and Solr have separate repositories now!

Solr has become a top-level Apache project and main line 
development for Lucene and Solr is happening in each 
project's git repository now:

- Lucene: <https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene.git>

   * Tries to perform a "full" garbage collection cycle (including processing of weak references and
   * invocation of finalize methods) and waits for it to complete. Ensures that at least one weak
   * reference has been cleared and one {@code finalize} method has been run before this method
   * returns. This method may be useful when testing the garbage collection mechanism itself, or
   * inhibiting a spontaneous GC initiation in subsequent code.
