Prior to 1.17 and for existing nodes created by `kubeadm init` where kubelet client certificate rotation is desired, you must modify `/etc/kubernetes/kubelet.conf` to point to the PEM symlink for rotation:

		Write list of symbols imported by file. Write to
		-dynout argument or to standard output. Used by go
		build when building a cgo package.
	-dynlinker
		Write dynamic linker as part of -dynimport output.
	-dynout file
		Write -dynimport output to file.
	-dynpackage package
		Set Go package for -dynimport output.
	-exportheader file

* CRI now defines mounting behavior. If the host path doesn't exist, the runtime should return an error. If the host path is a symlink, the runtime should follow the symlink and mount the real destination to the container.
