# Test Client - `TestClient`

You can use the `TestClient` class to test FastAPI applications without creating an actual HTTP and socket connection, just communicating directly with the FastAPI code.

You can import it directly from `fastapi.testclient`:

```python
from fastapi.testclient import TestClient
```

   * `Synchronized` doesn't guarantee that it will hold the mutex for those calls because callers
   * are responsible for taking the mutex themselves:
   * https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/22/docs/api/java.base/java/util/Collections.html#synchronizedCollection(java.util.Collection)
   *
   * Similarly, we avoid having those methods *implemented* in terms of *other* TestSet methods

# `auditlog-echo`: A tool to view MinIO Audit logs on the console

1. Run the tool with:

```
go run docs/auditlog/auditlog-echo.go
```

The listen port has a default value (8080), but can be set with the `-port` flag.

2. Configure audit logging in MinIO with for example:

mc admin config set myminio audit_webhook enable=on endpoint=http://localhost:8080
```
