CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.13.md
We are also continuing our long running effort to extract all the existing cloud providers that live in k8s.io/kubernetes into their own respective repos. Along with this migration, we are slowly transitioning users to use the cloud-controller-manager for any cloud provider features instead of the kube-controller-manager.

// For example: (long) data[i++] | (long) data[i++] << 8 | ... // If data[i] == (byte) 0x80, the first cast will sign-extend it to 0xffffffffffffff80, // masking the remaining seven bytes. // To test this, we give an input where bit 7 is not cleared. .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/feature_enhancement_request.yaml
But Guava aims to provide functionality that is useful across boundaries of projects, companies, or even industries — utilities useful for a sizable proportion of all Java programmers everywhere. If you can give enough detail such that any of us can imagine coming across a similar need in our own work, that's extremely helpful in studying how broadly useful the proposed change will be. - type: textarea
