Go 1.24 added new values for the `multipathtcp` setting.
The possible values for `multipathtcp` are now:
- "0": disable MPTCP on dialers and listeners by default
- "1": enable MPTCP on dialers and listeners by default
- "2": enable MPTCP on listeners only by default
- "3": enable MPTCP on dialers only by default

For Go 1.24, it now defaults to multipathtcp="2", thus

 * [RFC 2817][1]. The HTTP CONNECT request that creates this tunnel connection is special: it
 * does not participate in any [interceptors][Interceptor] or [event listeners][EventListener]. It
 * doesn't include the motivating request's HTTP headers or even its full URL; only the target
 * server's hostname is sent to the proxy.

- Kube-proxy will no longer hold service node ports open on the node. Users are still advised not to run any listener on node ports range used by kube-proxy. ([#108496](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/108496), [@khenidak](https://github.com/khenidak))
