CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.11.md
* Fix issue where on re-registration of device plugin, `allocatable` was not getting updated. This issue makes devices invisible to the Kubelet if device plugin restarts. Only work-around, if this fix is not there, is to restart the kubelet and then start device plugin. ([#63118](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/63118), [@vikaschoudhary16](https://github.com/vikaschoudhary16))

docs/en/docs/deployment/concepts.md
I'll tell you a bit more about these **concepts** here, and that would hopefully give you the **intuition** you would need to decide how to deploy your API in very different environments, possibly even in **future** ones that don't exist yet. By considering these concepts, you will be able to **evaluate and design** the best way to deploy **your own APIs**.
