推奨設定でPasswordHashインスタンスを作成します。これは、パスワードのハッシュ化と検証に使用されます。

pwdlibはbcryptハッシュアルゴリズムもサポートしていますが、レガシーアルゴリズムは含みません。古いハッシュを扱うには、passlibライブラリを使用することが推奨されます。
