- The kubelet and the default docker runtime now support running ephemeral containers in the Linux process namespace of a target container. Other container runtimes must implement support for this feature before it will be available for that runtime.   * When live upgrading Kubelet to 1.2 without draining the pods running on the node,

This platform does not provide special support for a particular kind of automation. This is the responsibility of other platforms.

It is made up of 3 architecture modules:

- **core-runtime**: Provides the runtimes or "containers" in which code runs. These runtimes include the Gradle client, the daemon and the worker processes. This is the base module on which all other architecture modules depend.

      * In 1.4, either that key or this key: `pods.beta.kubernetes.io/init-containers`,can be used.
    * When you GET an object, you will see both annotation keys with the same values.
      You can safely roll back from 1.4 to 1.3, and things with init-containers
      will still work (pods, deployments, etc).
    * If you are running 1.3, only use the alpha annotation, or it may be lost when
      rolling forward.
