Making and Submitting Changes
--------------

We accept Pull Requests via GitHub. The [developer mailing list][dev-ml-list] is the
main channel of communication for contributors.  
There are some guidelines which will make applying PRs easier for us:
+ Create a topic branch from where you want to base your work (this is usually the master branch).
  Push your changes to a topic branch in your fork of the repository.

        Feature requests are unlikely to make progress as issues. Please consider engaging with SIGs on slack and mailing lists, instead.
        A proposal that works through the design along with the implications of the change can be opened as a KEP.

The CI folder contains the configuration files and scripts used to build, test,
and deploy TensorFlow. This folder is typically used by continuous integration
(CI) tools to build and test TensorFlow whenever there is a change to the
code. This folder is broken into subfolders that represent the level of support

 * successful execution of the Mojo.
