unencrypted FTP communication (Not-recommended)

## Scope

- All IAM Credentials are allowed access excluding rotating credentials, rotating credentials
  are not allowed to login via FTP/SFTP ports, you must use S3 API port for if you are using
  rotating credentials.

- Access to bucket(s) and object(s) are governed via IAM policies associated with the incoming
  login credentials.

- Allows authentication and access for all

bucket and you want to maintain the same permanent delete behavior when on versioning-enabled bucket, you must add a noncurrent expiration policy. The noncurrent expiration lifecycle policy will manage the deletes of the noncurrent object versions in the versioning-enabled bucket. (A version-enabled bucket maintains one current and zero or more noncurrent object versions.)

Versioning must be explicitly enabled on a bucket, versioning is not enabled by default. Object locking enabled buckets...
