A package compiled with cgo will include directives for both
internal and external linking; the linker will select the appropriate
subset for the chosen linking mode.

Example

As a simple example, consider a package that uses cgo to call C.sin.

### StatefulSet

- The e2e suite can be instructed not to wait for pods in kube-system to be ready or for all nodes to be ready by passing `--allowed-not-ready-nodes=-1` when invoking the e2e.test program. This allows callers to run subsets of the e2e suite in scenarios other than perfectly healthy clusters.     Building signatures from these allows TF Serving to honor requests using the
    different APIs (Classify, Regress, and Predict). Furthermore,
    `serving_input_receiver_fn()` may now specify alternative subsets of nodes
    that may act as inputs. This allows, for instance, producing a prediction
    signature for a classifier that accepts raw `Tensors` instead of a
    serialized `tf.Example`.
