* Provide a meaningful error message in the openstack cloud provider when no valid IP address can be found for a node, rather than just the first address of the node, which leads to a load balancer error if that address is a hostname or DNS name instead of an IP address.      * equals if their server IP addresses are equal and the canonicalized
     * representation of their URLs, minus authentication parameters, are
     * case insensitively and lexographically equal.
     * <br>
     * For example, assuming the server <code>angus</code> resolves to the
     * <code>192.168.1.15</code> IP address, the below URLs would result in
     * <code>SmbFile</code>s that are equal.

* To allow the userspace proxy to work correctly on multi-interface hosts when using the non-default-route interface, you may now set the `bindAddress` configuration option to an IP address assigned to a network interface.  The proxy will use that IP address for any required NAT operations instead of the IP address of the interface which has the default route.
