For a **web API**, it normally involves putting it in a **remote machine**, with a **server program** that provides good performance, stability, etc, so that your **users** can **access** the application efficiently and without interruptions or problems.

This is in contrast to the **development** stages, where you are constantly changing the code, breaking it and fixing it, stopping and restarting the development server, etc.

 problems with the current solution are:
 1. information is duplicate. once in POM's dependencies and once in the
 maven.multiproject.includes property.
 2. it works without problems only for projects with relative paths, e.g., from
 one CVS repository.. for projects from multiple SCM repositories it's harder

#### Internal API changes

The `okhttp3.internal` package is not a published API and we change it frequently without warning.
Depending on code in this package is bad and will cause you problems with any upgrade! But the 4.x
will be particularly painful to naughty developers that import from this package! We changed a lot
to take advantage of sweet Kotlin features.
