## Introduction {#intro}

Go's emphasis on backwards compatibility is one of its key strengths.
There are, however, times when we cannot maintain complete compatibility.

    *   List of members of `dtensor.Layout` and `dtensor.Mesh` have slightly changed as part of efforts to consolidate the C++ and Python source code with pybind11. Most notably, `dtensor.Layout.serialized_string` is removed.

Run `openssl` by specifying the configuration file and enter a passphrase if prompted:

### 3.3 Use GnuTLS (for Windows) to Generate a Certificate

This section describes how to use GnuTLS on Windows to generate a certificate.

MinIO supports all the exchanges available in [RabbitMQ](https://www.rabbitmq.com/). For this setup, we are using `fanout` exchange.
