### SIG Storage

Sig Storage graduated two features that had been introduced in previous versions and introduced three new features in an alpha state.

  When binding goals to the project's configured lifecycle, each mojo
  descriptor should declare whether it requires online/offline status.
  This value should be a java.lang.Boolean, so it can implement 3VL
  (three value logic: yes, no, don't-care). The requiresOnline
  field in the mojo descriptor has the following semantics:

  [true] Online status is required for this mojo to function
         correctly.

In v1beta1, the three plugins can still be used in v1beta1 but not at the same time with the score extension of `NodeResourcesFit`.     * The non-experimental API has some minor differences from the experimental API. In most cases, you only need to make three minor changes:
      * Remove the word "experimental" from `tf.keras.mixed_precision` symbols. E.g., replace `tf.keras.mixed_precision.experimental.global_policy` with `tf.keras.mixed_precision.global_policy`.

### Step 3: Test on RabbitMQ

The python program below waits on the queue exchange `bucketevents` and prints event notifications on the console. We use [Pika Python Client](https://www.rabbitmq.com/tutorials/tutorial-three-python.html) library to do this.
