我們沒有把 `/items` 的 prefix 以及 `tags=["items"]` 加在每個路徑操作上，因為我們已經把它們加在 `APIRouter` 上了。

但我們仍可以在特定的路徑操作上再加上更多的 `tags`，以及一些只屬於該路徑操作的額外 `responses`：
