Here's the breaking change in `EnqueueExtension` in the scheduling framework. The `EventsToRegister` in `EnqueueExtension` changed the return value from `ClusterEvent` to `ClusterEventWithHint`. `ClusterEventWithHint` allows each plugin to filter out more useless events via the callback function named `QueueingHintFn`.
